Hello fellow Exante lovers ( or haters!):wave_cry:
Im back here again after probably a year or so off VLCDs. In the past Ive tried Slimming World ( My results are too slow), Lighter Life ( Too expensive) and Lipotrim (Bleughhh) as well as Exante.
Im hoping to lose a couple of stones before Christmas if thats possible - Sure it will be as Ive done it before
After Christmas its down to the proper grind of probably another 4 stones off!:sigh:
Anyway, just wanted to say Hi and Im glad to be back to this great place of support x x x
