Oh my I think I've gained 4lbs this past week! My diet has gone completely off track! Amazing how quickly weight can pile on and I feel awful for it too! Can tell instantly that I've gained it around my tummy! Oh well, I have 10 weeks until I go to America so I'm having a 10 week body blitz!!! I've stuck to a strict eating plan before and I'll do it again, going to hit the gym 4 times a week too!
I'm welcoming a positive fresh start!
Red day today:
Breakfast: Bran flakes HEX B with muller
Snack: Alpen light HEX B 1, apple
Lunch: Chicken & Ham salad, beetroot, 1 syn, Muller light cheesecake 1 syn, babybel HEX A
Snack: Alpen Light HEX B 2
Dinner: Cod with bacon, red onion and lettuce, samphire with butter 1 syn, roasted courgette and BNS
Snack: Muller, squirt of cream 2 syns, 2 mikado 1 syn
