bad breath?

Does everyone have bad breath on this when you reach ketosis? Mine isnt yet and im on day 4? I went dwn to chemist where I get it from and asked about the sticks to measure the ketones and was told I have to buy a box for £5.20!!!!! No way I only want one so I said no thanks!

Some people get it worse that others hun, you will know when you are at weigh in,if the pounds are coming off then you will be in the zone.

I've never suffered bad breath not on this diet or any low carb diet so all though some do I say some don't

I don't have bad breath either. I mean it's not as fresh as usual but it's not even nearly death breath. I've been on it for 25 days now.
