My names nicole, i've lost 27.5lbs.

I've had a pretty bad day today , eaten 2 heros, apple juice carton, brownie, flake yougurt, 2 milkyways.

It's a friday also which normally leads to a chocolate filled night!, i need to loose the 0.5lb before wednesday,

helpppppppp!
