Hi all Iv had quite a bad day today. Very disorganised. Lunch I had mature cheddar cheese (bout 2 table spoons full grated) sandwich with a teaspoon of reduced fat salad cream. Counted bread as healthy extra. Then for tea I made lean mince with gravy. The mince was a 750g packet shared between me and partner say a quarter went to dog.
Anyone tell me how many syns in the cheese, (can I count it as HE) and mince? I was advised to get extra lean mince but couldn't get out after work so used what I had.
Iv lost 9lb in 5 weeks and trying to lose 2 stone by 10th September for hols. Really trying to keep an eye on syns etc
