Is it nearly October yet?
I have discovered over the last two days that bagels are a major trigger factor for me stuffing my face! I better explain,,, I love to toast them and have liver sausage slice and ketchup on them,.(sounds gross but believe me its good)
Any how the whole lot is 5 points at a time and is pretty much gone in 4 bites and im not very satisfied for long. The other problem is that when there is a bag sitting about I just want to eat them all, (and other crap also) After two days of eating with abandon ive finally decided never to eat bagels again and im now happily back on track, with a full belly and 4 points to spare for later.
Was just wondering what everyone elses trigger food are?? any non run of the mill things??
