Hey guys,
This is about my third time trying to lose weight by calorie counting but the 1st time I'll be recording my progress on a public forum!!

Going to take all my measurements tomorrow morning and logging my food with my fitness pal. Hopefully this time round I can reach my goal!

Other mini goals of mine are to:

Drink less coffee
Drink more water
At least 30 mins exercise a day
Get up an hour earlier for some AM yoga.

Wish me luck! :)
 
Also have some Essential oils: fennel, grapefruit & black pepper in sweet almond oil which I am supposed to apply to pressure points in between meals to prevent cravings.

Smells absolutely divine so if it's not effective, at least I smell nice! :)
 
So day 1 and I could not get up this morning for some yoga. May have to make it evening yoga instead!!

Currently weigh 177lb which is 12st 9lb let's try and get that down to 10st!

Just on my way to work now which is about a 20 walk.

10:15; 2 cups off coffee and just about to have a cherry and cinnamon tea! Not a big fan of cinnamon but it smells awesome! Hope it tastes as good as it smells.

13:30 so cherry and cinnamon tea isn't very nice. Too sweet for me. Chicken salad and a muller light yoghurt for dinner. Contemplating the gym tonight when I finish work....

Feta cheese bakes for tea. Decided not to gym tonight but I have done some press ups/sit ups/squats at home.

Ended the day well within my cal limit so it's a celebratory spearmint tea for me.

Day 2.

Not good. woke up with a migraine and haven't managed to shake it off.

Done ok but not great, I needed peanut butter Ice cream to help with the migraine!

No exercise today just water and rest. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
