I dont know if you heard about the bloke taking on Lloyds tsb, well the judge decided to hear his case without representatives from the bank and ruled in favour of the bank.......omg I have just started the procedure with them and am nervous now.

yes but that wasn't a binding decision as not high court - also apparently there was another one where the judge said he was fed up with the banks filing a defence to drag it out and wasting court time when they have no intention of letting it go to court - and he ruled against the banks!
