Step 1 Sole Source Bars?

Hi going on to week three on Wednesday, had a bit of an up and down week, had 2 ss+ days abd had a tiny bit of extra veg and thought I might be out of ketosis because I was feeling hungry but ketosix said I was still in so don't really know what was going on? Anyway I'm going to maybe get some bars next week but won't if they effect weight loss, does anyone have experience of this? What flavours are your favourite?

Hiya I'm on week 3 ss and got some bars! So far I've tried the chocolate orange which Is very chewy, smells better than its tastes. The lemon yogurt which I thought was ok, wouldn't be in a hurry for another to be honest. Only one I like was the cranberry one which tastes like a cereal bar! Got 2 others to try this week but think ill stick to the shakes in future. Felt really hungry the next day after the bar so dunno if it kicked me out of ketosis. Try them for yourself everyone has different tastes! Good luck
 
I absolutely love the bars and I haven't noticed any change in losses! Lemon yoghurt is my fave, the chocolate mint one is lovely too x
 
I love peanut and cranberry. The Lemon ones are ok in small doses.
 
Got really fed up witht the shakes to be honest, didnt really like the taste. had mainly porridges soups and tetras this week and enjoyed it more. Ordered my stuff for next week, 7 choc tetras (veggie so cant have the strawberry :( ) 3 soups, 4 porridges, Chewy bars (choc, 2 malt toffee, orange) crunch bars (mint and peanut) and a lemon yoghurt bar. dDo you think i could cut up my bars and store them in freezer bags (make a mix up?) instead of having a full bar?

i used to do that before- was like eating revels- you didnt know what lavour you would get next- i cut them into teeny pieces- about 24 squares per bar, frozevthem- they lasted me ages then:)
 
Got 5 left had one last night and one today, both been lovely! Had a crunchy peanut which tastes like a weird snicker and had a malt toffee that tasted like a cross between a cadburys fudge and a malteaser! Yum! Might chop up the rest, but does the mint and orange not taste the others? So should I freeze the bags after I've made them up or are they ok to be left out? Xx

I chop mine and put them in a tupperware container in the fridge, and dip in every now and again for a treat.

That's actually a great idea, one which I may just do. :) I find the chewy chocolate ones amazing. They have a very similar texture and taste to protein bars. Have never tried any of the others. Not ever noticed a weight difference. As long as you stick to one a day. Personally I have two a week. One sat and the other sun. Just drink the extra water.
