Hi going on to week three on Wednesday, had a bit of an up and down week, had 2 ss+ days abd had a tiny bit of extra veg and thought I might be out of ketosis because I was feeling hungry but ketosix said I was still in so don't really know what was going on? Anyway I'm going to maybe get some bars next week but won't if they effect weight loss, does anyone have experience of this? What flavours are your favourite?
