Bathroom issues, sorry TMI!

I'm back into week 3 on Cambridge, had a few successes with other diets in the past.

Trouble is the old "regularity" issue, tries upping water and some fiber / fruits, in fact everything this last weekend and still nothing for three days now.

I'm back to work tomorrow so wanted a quick fix that will definately work today so I can get into a regular rhythm again on work days.

What is good for a quick (TMI) :sick0019:flush out that I can get OTC at the chemist or Tesco? I really need something that's pretty fast working

Glycerin chips you can get over the counter. Just stick one in and away you go lol we use then at work
