I'm a bit of a rebel with superfree lol, I get so fed up of everyone banging on about it! I eat plenty of veg but sometimes I just can't stuff any more in!

How was your spin? Mine was mega yesterday, I was a disgusting sweaty mess by the time it was done!

Done body conditioning this morning and aqua later. I think I've gone mental! x

I think you just have dodgy scales hun!! I would defo take them back!! We have a set of salter scales in our work, we all chipped in for a set, think they were only a tenner!! Cheap and chearful and they are always bang on with my class scales!! Depends on the surface you have them on too xx

We have hansen ones. Think we're changing them to either salter or ww! Just as long as they work and i can figure out if I've lost weight or not lol xx

I keep mine on the wooden floor in spare room too but they go up and down and i just take an average sometimes lol. Mine weigh in 1/4 lbs too! Love them but Im just not sure how accurate they are!! X

Ha ha, Im giving up on sf today!! At least at meal times. Im sticking to it today but Im not feeling like Im getting anywhere with sw!! Arghhh!! Lol.

Spin was great! Had a good class today! Im doing spin tomorrow then total body workout straight after. Feel the burn lol x

Right that's me, teeth brushed so i can eat nothing else!! Mouth is shut for today lol!! Getting into bed too!!

Today has been a struggle and i hope tomorrow will be easier cause i really want to lose some bloody weight lol xx
