So the numbness has gone but I'm still very wary about any pain, not that I've experienced any yet!

Far too much crappy snacks but otherwise a good day. I think so nibbly due to totm imminent and in a way the filling was well timed to keep me within points.

16pp left for tomorrow, I'll try not to use them all but planning on a couple of drinks with the boyf tomorrow evening so they'll come in handy.
 
Hey purple, I am short sighted so have to go to opticians sadly. I need specs and hate them so am trying contact lenses for when I'm feeling vain.

Not feeling like I'm on holiday any more as doing summer school (except for today) but still got afternoons to myself!

Thanks daisy, no pain. Throbs a bit but have taken another dose of nurifen to make sure!
 
Woke up fine, no pain! Yeay!

I don't think I'm gonna do summer school next week, I want to enjoy my final week and get my energy levels sorted for getting the kids in proper as I think we have a challenging first term ahead in terms of behaviour! So I'll do my bit today and then that's it. There are more than enough staff so I don't feel like I'm letting anyone down. I have to think of myself and I need to start the new year fresh and enthusiastic and rested!

Last day before WI. The scales are indicating a slight loss do hopefully that'll be the same tomorrow. I'm very happy to have consistent small losses this time round as opposed to the up and down pattern of the last few months.

Thanks guys. I hope so. Just a little one will do!

Have decided I will go to summer school next week. Once I'm there it's quite enjoyable its just the getting up in the morning that does me in! I do plan on some very lazy afternoons though next week!
 
Treat yourself to something nice with the money I find that helps lol ;-) x
 
Haha Laura well it will be in my pay packet in 4 weeks time so hopefully I'll be feeling slim enough to shop then!

Been naughty today, bought some magnum gold today and scoffed 2! That's all my weeklies gone and have home made burger and chips for tea tonight. Don't want to eat too much tonight before tomorrows WI but in a right munchy mood. Damn hormones! I'm totally blaming impending totm for the magnum consumption!
 
Stay strong Beck drink some water, tea or squash? Eat some fruit?

Stay distracted if at all possible it'll be worth it on the scales tomorrow :) x

Yeay got through the week with weeklies left! Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
 
I started off doing SF this week but then ended up pointing the rest of it! Gonna try harder to stick to sf this week just cos it means I tend to eat better.

I'm going to try and do it all week too then I can see if the plan really works for me like the others xx
