Well done on the loss over Christmas and getting to your goal. I was also amazed I stayed the same, I was the same as you with food but thought the wine would let me down. keeping a lock on the wine cupboard now.
At least you have the incentive to go to the gym - I usually just stay in bed

I have a husband (very thin one) who has been told to eat the 2 bags of fudge we were given by the hotel we stayed in - eat the rest of the Christmas Cake - don't give me any no matter how much I beg
I am sure you will do it, starting at day one again will probably help psychologically x
