Loss this week 5Ib!!!!

Total loss to date 2st 7Ib!!!

OMG I have managed to lose 5Ib this week!! I seriously cannot believe it :-D

I'm hoping I may see the14s next week with a bit of luck!!!

Thanks everyone! I was well chuffed! Had another good day but can't wait for my new packs come! There is only so much Xmas pudding and turkey dinners one woman can take lol!

Gone off the hot meals at mo, I've ordered a load of different flavour shakes to keep things varied for a while!
 
Day 43. Another day done :)

Can't believe how I allowed myself to get so big and the effort I'm having to make in order to correct it! I've done so well but the only bit that gets me down is that I've only made a small dent in how much I actually need to lose!

Oh well, each day I stick to this gets me 1 day closer to bring slim!! Bring it on :)
 
I'm with you on that one, especially when I realise I'm 1 stone away from being half way through my diet - all we can do is keep going Becky, onwards and downwards honey xx

Try not to dwell on it becky. Just keep plodding along one day at a time!

I thought the same as you, was annoyed that i had put so much weight on on top of what i was when i tried to diet last time. Thought about how much nearer to the end i would be if i hadnt gained so much extra extra weight. But in the end it doesnt get you anywhere but down.
Your start point this time was your start point!
The trick is to never make that weight as high for your start point ever again!

You are doing great and you will get there :)
 
One day at a time Becky, that's all any of us can do :)

Don't dwell on the past - been there, done that and it gets us nowhere :rolleyes:
