Day 7!!! Oh yeah!!!
I am hoping to be able to get back to the gym at the end of the week, my nose is still blocked and my throat is still sore but I feel better in myself... It just needs to do one now!
I had a bit of a manic day at work yesterday so I am hoping that today will be a bit quieter and I walked Alfie for 4-5 miles, I cant wait for the light evenings again as the little lad will be getting two long walks a day instead of one
Tomorrow will be a tester for me a I will be in the office and there will be so much food temptation in my way however the fact that I am getting weighed the following morning should help to keep me on the straight and narrow
Plan for today
9am Vanilla shake, herbal tea
11am Tomato and basil soup
2pm Shake, not sure what flavour yet
4pm Either peanut bar or tuna
6.30pm Pork chop, with carrots, swede, cauliflower, green beans and gravy
