Its really hard to stay at target weights, I have been down as low as 9 stone, felt great bought all new clothes then slowley climbed up again. Trouble is I love my food thats why I thought SW sounded like my kind of thing Its just getting used to a new way of eating. I have made myself a promise not to have multiple weigh ins and leave it until my saturday morning wi I have also taken my measurements then even if I dont lose the lbs I can compare the inches hopefully. I've just finished my nightshifts which I find difficult as I'm awake more than ususal hence thinking about food! Anyway glad to hear you're back on track again.
