How do you make your soup? I have never made soup before!!!

Oooooo no that defo wasn't me... It could have been Hollie, I think she's been trying it...

I usually make a couple of different soups. My fav is roasted tomato and red pepper soup. Basically chop a load of tomatoes, a red pepper, large onion and 3 or for cloves of garlic on a baking tray and spray with fry light. Chuck it in the oven for about 25mins and then transfer to a pan and add about 750mls of boiling water with a veg stock cube and a loads of basil and bring to the boil. Then just check it in a blender and hey presto

I've just made a courgette and broccoli soup. It's look awful as its green but its yummy. Chop a load of courgettes, broccoli, 3 or 4 clove of garlic and pour in 750ml stock and boil until the veggies are soft and then blitz it in the blender x
 
Yeahhthat was me, you can have a sf day and the. Have a pp day... If you no your gonna be eating out: drinking etc you do it to suit u xx

I need t get a blendar so I can start making soups! I used t ave one when lucas was a baby making his food but threw it away!
My leader hasn't said anything about SF to us but were new as well! I have loads of points as well n sometimes think aaww sod it I'll have something naughty but feel I'm doing good with mine and using my points on good things!

it definatly works! i love it...just need to get myself back into it properly and then ill be going back on it :) trying to use as many sf food as possible though xx

me too dont worry, lol ... basically you can do simply filling, where you eat from the list of foods... are u a online memeber if so you can get it up on there... anything that is 0points you can eat also eg 1 table spoon of extra light mayo is 0 points... 1 extra light laughin cow is 0points... anything not on the list yo have to points, eg crisps sauces etc.... but if you know you are going out for a pub meal or drinks then you can swap over to a pro point day x
 
Oooo thanks girlies guna go on laptop when lil legs is in bed tonight and have a look at that and may have a good at this! Do ppl do this for extra ww loss or do it for when u do have a meal out planned?xxx
 
I am also going to check this out I mean you can have crumpets and a bagel!!!!!!! I may be using these days soon xx
 
i no!! crumpets and bagels for the things that put me towards it!! haha... and when i used it i lost more. but its because you dont count how many point u can have as much or as little of any of the foods on the list but you eat till your satisfied
 
So you still have your weekly 49 is that correct ?? God my mind is doing overtime (am meant to be sleeping after night shift) all I can think about is getting an actifry and being able to have real chips!!!

yes you still have your 49 which you use for crisps or sauces or butter things like that..... i no my actifry is a godsend well it was before it broke lol. im back to pro points but last week when i was doing simply filling i searched on the app and tesco light choices chips are green and you can have them on simply filling!!!.... they only come up green on the computer not on the mobile app!! xx
 
Love the fact when working I can have my daily points. Then change mid week to sf!!!! My only worry is have I lost the ability to know when satisfied xxx I may give it a few more weeks on plan.........
 
Well I've just got back from Norwich... Wish i was still away :)

Food today

B: scrambled egg and beans 7pp banana 0pp

L: beef and horseradish sandwich 3pp wotsits 2pp

Not sure what dinner will be, guess it depends on the atmosphere when the other half gets home

Evening petal! food looks great for today! :D Don't worry about the OH and if he carries on being in a grump give him what I give mine when mine has upset me......the saucepan.

haha Whether the saucepan is wrapped around his head or he has to cook his own dinner it will teach him a lesson ;) and yeah let him have his tantrum! you deserve the right to have a holiday! If he doesn't want to go I'm sure you can think of a list of jobs for him to do while your sunning yourself ;)
