Morning petal, weather here again is horrid so no doggy walking for me haha! i love this weather! massive yay for the carvery

Oh yeah you'd better believe it!!! I can't wait! Plus, I know if I can't control my portion size when I get there which I know for a fact I won't be able to, it won't matter as I have some weeklies waiting in the wings!!! ;-)

I feel really up beat and happy today! My 'fat' clothes are starting to feel more comfortable on me.... Yay! Little red dress here I come!

yay for more comfortable clothing! I feel really strange today! Kinda like ill and tired, lol almost like everything takes maximum effort today! but there nothing really wrong with me (my face is medicated so it doesnt bother me)

lol i sleep more than i do anything else! I think I must be a bit dehydrated too, as I havent drunk very much over the last few days. ugh I dunno whats wrong! I must be just falling apart at the seams! lol

Im not going to even go anywhere near my skinnys at the minute as theres no chance il be able to get them on which will just depress me lol! What dog have you got? Me and my boyfriend have been thinking about getting a dog but we both work during the day so not sure how fair it would be to have one. I know it would defo give me the motivation to go out walking and there would be no excuse. Enjoy your carvery im very jealous. xx

Yep that's my boy! Absolutely adore him!! The only downside to him is that he really doesn't like being left alone. I'm lucky that I can work from home quite a bit and days when I have to work away/travel my MIL has him for us

He's a border/Lakeland terrier and he needs an endless amount of exercise which I suppose is good for me! I didn't actually realise how much I enjoy walking, gives me lots of thinking time!

Ahhh my doggie is a border terrier and he looks like him. He lives with my mam and dad and is very old there isn't much left in the old chap now. In march me and OH are getting a boxer I cannot wait I love them x

He's got a fantastic personality however he can be sooooo stubborn when he wants to be!

Boxer dogs are lovely! I hope you have lots of room in your bed!!!

Defo!!! I try and do between 3.5miles -5 miles a day with Alfie and he could easily do double that, there just aren't enough hours in the day! x

Alfie hates going out when it's raining. When I can't be bothered going out I just start thinking about how he would feel about not getting a walk and I end up feeling guilty so before I know I'm out of the door!!!

Now if I had to go out in the cold to get to the gym, I just wouldn't go, simple as!

Alfie is good for me weighloss!!!!

Northbound later this afternoon woo hoo, I'm hoping to try and get back for around 5.30pm so I can get back before Iceland closes. I've not really tried any of the ww range since I started and I know that ww have a bigger range than my local asda

B: scrambled egg and beans 7pp banana 0pp

L: it will be a buffet lunch so I will try and pick my sandwiches wisely and fill up on fruit. I'll say 10pp as it will be tricky to count

D: if I can make it back home in time I will be having smoked haddock 3pp (need to weigh it) mmmmmmm! I will have it will carrot and swede mash 1pp, sprouts, green beans

I will update later today... Wish me luck and self control for the buffet!!

I know, I went to a large tesco last night and they didn't have one pack of ww biscuits in site!

I'm an operations manager for Tesco Mobile. I actually work for O2 however I have been sub contracted to TM for 6 years. I manage a lot of TM's suppliers and they are all over the place which means a lot of travelling!
