I find I always falter going down a stone xx then the stone itself a little easier xxx read an interesting article about fat and weight loss, explains why sometimes you can stay on the same diet and loss weight at different levels xx trying to find now, I know when I read it made me less worried about weeks I lose little amount xx
 
Woo hoo i lost 4lb this week, very happy with that and thanks to everyone on this thread for helping me :)
Going to try and do exercise next week as im on half term so have more time and im going to treat myslef to these - Kellogg's mini max chocolate 42g - 4pp

Morning folks!

I cant believe I am now in week 6, where has the time gone?! I am over my 0.5lb loss last night as I know I was a good girl so a loss is a loss!

My aim this week is to see how many miles I can walk this week... The only day I will be working away will be Wednesday so weather permitting I can get out everyday :doggy:

Food for today will look very much likes this...

B: 30g porridge with scan bran and skimmed milk 7pp, 1/2 grapefruit 0pp

L: Home made carrot and leek soup 0pp, M&S scone 4pp, jam 1pp. Banana 0pp

D: Asda garlic and cheese kiev 9pp, 150g McCain rustic oven chips 5pp, 3 tablespoons of beans 3pp :drool: I have a feeling that this might not look much on my plate so I might have a roasted tomato and some mushrooms with it if that's the case

S: crunchie and a cuppa 5pp

26/26 dailies
8/49 weeklies used

I will update the distance I have walked later today ;-)

yum ur dinner sounds gawjus! yeh i always think jus throwing veggies on ur plate makes it look more and even though u might not eat it all thats a good feelin in its self lol!
i no u was a bit down about half a pound but its still half a pound and u did brilliantly! im proud of u :)

Right so me n carl have spoken and we would love to borrow them for the weddin if thats ok?
