i wear pull in underwear!make sure u get ur right size though coz if theyre too big ovs they dnt work! i think they do hold u in!
i once got the body suit and that was jus a pain when i needed a wee strippin off in a dirty night club toilet!yuk!

Last full day before weigh day.... yahooooooooooo! I am so glad that I managed to resist raiding my cupboards yesterday afternoon, today is a new day and a whole new set of 26pp!
I have now hung up my 'fat' jeans and moved into the next size down, yay! My fat ones were an emergency pair that I bought from New Look as we were going out and I only had leggings that fitted me. The jeans I am wearing to today I bought from Asda G21 range and they say that they are a size 10 however I would say that they are more like a 12. When I put them next to my topshop 28" skinny jeans they are about an inch wider around the hips were they sit. At least I am moving down sizes
Food for today...
B: Chocolate porridge and skimmed milk 6pp, 1/2 grapefruit
L: Tuna and egg salad 6pp, apple and satsuma
D: Not sure what to have for dinner yet as we will stay out of the house until about 7pm to avoid the trick or treaters as Alfie goes bonkers every time somebody knocks on the door. I will either have smoked haddock or steak in peppercorn sauce - 9pp
That should leave me 5pp left to play with however I am going to call at M&S to see if I can get my paws on some cherry scones

o yeh dnt spend loads on them coz i find after a couple of washes tat not as 'tight' anycase! i got some from Asda which i really like! My friends have gotten some from Marks and Spencers and Debenhams even JML ones on line?
