My leader did mention, she said pp are to cont, but there will be changes to activity points!!! I don't count, or earn so hopefully will not affect x she said it was not a massive change, like when pp come in x

I think lots where panicking at weigh in, some had heard rumours fruit was going to been pointed, she did not deny as said she could not say to much!! But told us not to focus on that, and to rethink activity points xx

At the end of the group she mentioned it was going to be changing slightly but she couldn't say how. She said based on the change, think about the one thing that we can always find room to eat even when we are full... God knows what that means!!!

Only just getting round to doing food diary as I haven't stopped all day

Pro points day today :D

B: shredded wheat with skimmed milk (7pp) banana

L: houmous (1pp) ww pitta (3pp), carrots and celery. Apple

S: choccy (1pp), ww crisps at group (2pp)

D: asda steak and peppercorn sauce with rosemary potatoes (8pp), carrots and broccoli

To finish off I'll be having a ww cherry scone (4pp)

26/26 dailies used

Next week I either have a 5 day week or I skip a WI... Not sure yet x
