Been Away

Hi peeps,

Well i have alot to catch up on, so bare with me over the next few days.
I went away on the 1st May to attend my Nephews christening, i was only spose to be away for 4 days but on the last day my step brother dropped down dead with a heart attack at the age of 36, so its been a very strange and strained week. Saying that u can imagine that the diet went out the window slightly and i have my 1st months official weigh in this thursday coming, so wat will be the result i just dont know.

Right im gonna catch up on some posts.

Oh no i am so sorry to hear that, i can imagine the diet was the last thing on your mind, try not to worry too much about it explain to your doctor what happend and have a fresh new month xx

SS hun to hear that. As said explain to your doctor, Im sure whatever the result they will take that into account.
Hopefully you get get back on track now and catching up on posts will help.
