.... malt loaf is really low in fat

I love malt loaf but have to admit I used to have it smothered with butter

But I still like it with either a smidgen of low fat spread or nothing at all and it is so low in fat

OOh I love malt loaf My current treat with my afternoon tea is 3 pink and whites wafer thingys ....0.1g fat/50 cals each

I LOVE Malt loaf ..... but spoil it by eating the whole loaf 'cos once I start I can't stop - I am so weak!!

Malt loaf is yummy. Did'nt realise it was that low in fat. Might have to get me some..x
