Nicola - they say roughly a stone a dress size ... but as most of us are in the wrong dress sizes when we first start (I was squeezing myself into size 20's when I should have been 22!) the first dress size down is normally a stone and half.

Don't forget to measure yourself ... and take plenty of before photos .... so you and later us!! ... can see the difference.
