What a good idea to take photos every month? I take my hat off to you for doing this method of weight loss. Is there no WW classes nearby? Or do you prefer to 'do it yourself'?

Theres a class about 5 mins from my flat but Ive done it with classes before and its just not for me. Im doing it with just myself and the support on here.

So far so good, have lost almost 40lbs in 13 weeks

One day my photos WILL be on here

Since I am reaching the end of my diet, only 12lbs to go to BMI 23.7... and 5lbs to go till I am BMI 24.9. I thought I'd post my before and during pics on this thread, because I had a look at it yesterday and thought it was a well cool thread for keeping newcomers motivated.

Night before the diet started: 16 stone 3lbs:

Last day of 5th week on diet:

5 1/2 weeks into the diet: 2 stone 5lbs lighter:

7 1/2 weeks into the diet: weight 13 stone 4lbs

Christmas Eve: Weight 12 stone 10 lbs - 10 weeks on diet

New years Eve: Weight 12stone 7lbs.. size 12 dress

Lotties Hen Night: 13 January: 4 stone lost

Weight 11 stone 10lbs.. My leaving Huddersfield night out:

AND finally my naked shots!!!!!!!

Will post my after pics in 12lbs time :bliss:
