Wow! I have just started CD and had a little browse through this thread.

Natayou, you look amazing! It is incredible to see the difference in the before and after and I cannot believe how much weight has come off but also how much younger everyone looks.

Just visiting from the LT forum....wow wow wow....you look so amazing...what a journey and a new sexy waist line you have....one of the things people said to me was that you run the risk of looking older as you loose wieght fast...hey you are proof of the complete opposite.....

50lb down 134lb to go

Here are some pictures of me after losing 50lb, i still have loads more to lose. I gave up on CD after doing it for 10 weeks but i am hoefully going to get back on track again. THis is why i am posting these pctures in the hope that it will give me some inspiration.
