History of weightloss as follows-- july /07 --- oct/07 weightloss 44lbs in foundation, did not go into m/ment thought i knew it all and the result was a steady gain of up to 26/28lbs between nov/feb, started a refresher/ development class and lost 30lbs in 5 wks started RTM last Wednesday, goal bieng to complete RTM this time. Sitting 2lbs below my target at moment.

hi all hope we all lookin forward to xmas!

sorry havent posted for a while been mad busy!just thought id let u know im still alive. ive lost 6 stone 3 in total now!put 3 lbs on last week but im not too fussed, time of the month and plus im on maintenance and ive been wolfing down the quality streets and been drinkin about 5 bottles of vodka a week!realised how quick the weight can come on so im bein good now!wanna feel fab at new year!

14.0 inches lost off my waist so far
8.5 inches lost off my bust/back so far
10.5 inches off my hips so far
6.0 inches (approx) off my thigh
