What maintenance diet are you on?
I'm actually trying to increase my muscle mass so I eat like a horse at present, my typical daily intake would be
6.00 Protein shake with whole milk
7.00 12 Grapes
8.00 Small bowl cereal with whole milk
10.30 Fage yogurt
12.30 Tuna salad
2.00 Banana
4.00 Protein bar
6.00 Evening meal high protein low carb
8.00 Small portion dry roasted peanuts
9.30 Half bagel with cream cheese
Hmm, that's sounds very healthy
And that's not a huge amount of food, it just looks a lot because you eat it in several small meals instead of three or four
