These pictures are amazing - we need more though! I'm nearly 2 weeks in to my calorie counting and am seeing some good results already. As soon as I have lost a few stone I'll be putting some pics up for def!

Thank you very much! I did it fairly slowly, without exercise, so it took me around 2.5 years to get to my target of a 10 stone loss, then another stone has trickled off in the year since then, lol. And yes, just calorie counting. xx
