I've lost almost 3 stone now started with exante then moved to Atkins now back to exante to lose the last bit... Been on it since January... Still got a wee bit to lose tho as you can see from my ticker xx

Wow everyone looks incredible, what amazing results! I am due to be married in June 2012 so I have 5 months. I have just lost 1 stone on slimming world, but I am finding the results too slow, I am considering doing exante from march to boost my weight loss. Seeing this thread has helped me make my decision to do this! Well done everyone! Yous should all be very proud of yourselves. Whatever the method of weight loss, it's not an easy thing to do, what an achievement!!!

I may have to convince DH to take pictures of me for my little charting sessions so when I'm feeling blue about 'only' losing a little, I can whip them out and look at the process.

Ok, here goes, this is to motivate me (and hopefully others)....

Back in January 2010 I looked like this...

(at least I had plenty of padding if I fell!)

So I started CD and by July looked like this....

and then this happened...

so I ended up looking like this again..

but I'm determined to lose the baby weight before Baby turns one, so I can look like this...

... again and find it easier to pick up my baby son.

Start weight was 15 stone. Only have one picture of my face. It was after I was pregnant.

Goal weight is 8.7 stone ( middle of my healthy bmi)

Current weight is 9.7stone
