Good morning. That's the plan. Looking forward to today being a good day. I've also not weighted myself, so that I don't discourage myself I have gone up either. How are you doing?
Yay good scales resistance. I'm holding on (just) day 3 and starting to get the 'feel good' feeling but very aware I have a long road ahead of me. Still one hour / day at a time!
