Best drink to have in coffee shops?

Hi, I'm an nvq assessor and most of my learned are in coffee shops, so I tend to get free drinks. I've been choosing costa light with sugar free caramel syrup but have found out the small ones are about 5 syns . What's the best coffee I can have? Is sugar free caramel Free? Thanks x

An americano would be free or have it with skimmed milk from your healthy extra allowance. Or go for herbal or fruit tea which would also be syn free. If you want to have a latte go for a skimmed one and you can take 6 syns off if using your HEA for the milk

Just straight black coffee is free and use sweetner with it simples.
