It sounds like you know what you are doing Bethany, but I think you are just being too strict with yourself. Spread your points throughout the day, have meals you truly fancy and enjoy, stop having so many low fat products as your body should get used to having normal products too. Relax and enjoy the process. I do reckon that the weight will drop off once you have perfected what you are doing. I have every faith in you!! :D

I do have alot of low fat foods im going to try having say crisps have the ordinary ones instead of walkers lights and have normal cake bars if i want youghurts i shall go for the ordinary low fat ones and see what a difference this makes and i shall use my points more quicker long as i dont go over them with having normal foods.

Been to my weight watchers meeting tonight was a little bit dissapointed as ive only lost 0.5lb had a word with my leader and she said if you dont eat all your points you will not lose she did say if i cant eat all 26 points try 22 but going to try 26 to start with . From tommorow im going to try and use my 26 points up going to try and have more at lunch time and make my portions bigger same as potatoe i only have 100g 1 point .where i could have 200g for 2 points I will get there . Its just been confidence in the plan knowing you can eat all your points and lose weight you have only to go by starlight what she does eats all her points and loses 4lbs and 3lbs shows it must be truth in that.:sigh:
 
Half a pound is better than nothing :) It does prove though you MUST use your points. I keep some bars of chocolate, full fat crips and low fat super noodles in the house all the time so if I need to use some points theres something to hand.

When I came in from work this morning I still had 7 points left so I had a tin of WW spaghetti bolognese which is 4.5 points and makes a great snack :)

Just set your mind this week to using ALL your points every day, no matter how much of a struggle it is or how worried you are. Do it for ONE week and see what the scales say, hopefully that will prove to you that it does work.

Honestly I eat more now than I ever did ;)
 
I found I ate more when I was doing ww, though I had trouble eating all my points too and the loss slowed down. So upped the points and bingo.

I am going to set my mind like starlight says to have all my points and i shall get higher pointed food then i will use them more evenly. It is true when you buty low fat point foods it will take you along time to use them up I have a few ww cakes so will get mr kippling or tescos or any other supermarket brands surely they will be a little higher in points

What about some healthy higher pointed food? Oily fish, milk, cheese?

LOL not too sure since it was years ago that I did WW, but I'm sure they would be happy for you to include healthy fats into your day as long as you don't go over your points.

Healthy fats protect you from high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Also keeps you hair shiny and stops your skin drying out.

Heathly fats would include, oily fish such as salmon, tuna or mackerel, nuts, flaxseed, avocado and olive oil.

All high calorie (so probably high pointed), but a small amount will help keep your points up be healthy too.

I love mixed fruit and nuts, they are high calorie so I suspect high points but they are a healthier option maybe ? You could maybe work out a portion of say 5 points and nibble at them all day ?
 

You certainly won't if you can't take the advice that is given and do it sweetie.

It's entirely up to you whether you eat all your points or not. You do seem determined not to:confused:

May I suggest you look through this thread and write down all the suggestions, then try each one until you find the one that works for you.
 
There is no 'try' about it. Just eat them. To get overweight in the first place, shows that you are able to eat more than WW are asking of you, so we know you can do it.

So tonight, you look at your points, and decide it you have any left for anything....then have something to make it up.
