Bethany - even that biking to work a few times a week is great! - 3 times a week is an hour of exercise and that is fantastic. Also, I would imagine that picking mushrooms would also be good exercise as you would be on your feet alot. Good for you!!

I tried the burgers today - loved them - your right - they are really thick and big, I thought because they were "healthy" that they would be tiny but they are fab - thanks again for the tip.

Will tune into your diary on wednesday - fingers crossed!!:)

All Im back had a really nice day today saw all the family and we went for lunch I had a sunday lunch roast beef 1 y pudding 3 small roast potatoes cauli brocoli and carrots had a cheese sauce with the cauli. Then went back to my partners mums house for a cup of tea and a piece of chocolate birthday cake and i only asked for a small piece . That was all i had and when i got home and just relaxed for a while i had 5 french toasts at 1/2 point each with some eat smart low fat soft cheese with pineapple and a few cherry tomatoes.
I have just estimated the points for today and what i can make out i might be just 2 over or just with in my points .So back on to it tommorow as it is my weigh day on wed would be nice if i could get my half a stone this week but im not banking on it.

Thought i would let you allknow how i got on today

well done - you can always earn those 2 points in exercise or save some -

well done on chocolate cake - i love chocolate thats my down fall!

Im back on my points after yesterday with the 80th birthday going out for a meal.
Just hope i have not done any damage for my weighing on wed . For my tea tonight i have had a salad and got some healthy living jacket potatoes with cheese so had them with a salad and they are lovely they are already cooked just put in oven to warm up and so the cheese goes brown for one potatoe is 4 points and for 2 potatoes is 8 points thats with all the cheese as well handy for quickness.

Been sticking to my points got a bit snacky feeling this afternoon so i got some of those choc melts sweets from ww so ive had 1 tube of them for 1 point so is this ok as after mt tea i have got some points left over . I also got some ww sponge puddings and healthy living puddings so might have one of those later tonight with some custard im trying to save 2 or 3 points a day if i want to have some nice treats. So far doing ok .
 
Hi Bethany, so sorry that I didnt reply to you sooner - my mother hasnt been very well again so havent really been online. Your doing great.. I will be tuning in tomorrow to see how youve done... bet you have lost!!!!!
 
Thank you pet. :) I weighed myself this morning - have lost 6 pounds this week - so I am over the moon!!!
