I seem to be doing ok now i have got into the plan trying to save one or 2 points aday if i want to have something specila on a weekend to eat

I think it's a great idea to save up a few points throughout the week and then you can treat yourself to something extra special on the weekend. We all need a treat to look forward to!

How do I go on about this I have had my tea and not used all my points got 6 left and dont feel hungry do i still have to have them or can i save them .
Just a bit wary on what to do

You need to have at least a couple more, saving 6 is just a bit too many. Why not have a slice of toast or couple of biscuits with a cuppa before you go to bed

Just got some rasps and ice cream the rasps are 1/2 point and ice cream is 2 so thats 2.5 out of my 26 had 21 points for the day got 5 still left over

You still really need to use at least another point. You shouldnt carry more than 4 over.

Will it make any difference for tommorow for my weighing day .Seems alot to eat in a day 26 points

It could do, its all very careful worked out and youre given the points for a reason. You should maybe think about replacing some of your snacks for higher points ones. Things like raspberries arent maybe the best thing to have Buy in some snack size chocolate bars or some crisps.

It really is important you use all your points if you want to lose weight.

Depends which ones. Flakes are 3. Curly Wurlys are 2.5. Not sure about others, but I always make sure I have a supply
