I'm 10st 7lbs ATM so not too far away!! started dieting when I was 13st 11lbs! After I had my baby but weigh less now then I did even before I had her! Didn't realise how big I actually was til now!

You've done really well,your pic proves it :0) you are the weight I want to get to lol.So we have roughly the same amount to lose aswell.We can do it :0)

Hmm normally 1.5 to 2 pounds,because of my scales it can sometimes be a 1.75 things like that!ive had two Sts and one half a pound gain but totm for those.

Remember the last stone or so will be tougher, and with your body moving over from Cambridge.

The weeklies are therefore if and when you want to use them x

Some people don't touch their weeklies,others use them all,like spread them out during the week or sometimes they get used for meals out,drinks etc so I'd say do what suits you best with them :0)

Yer I understand that! I've lost 3lbs since Saturday which is very unexpected as I thought I'd put on!

Morning all, hope everyone is ok and doin well!

I'm working today 1-9 so just made my dinner for tonight! 40g of pasta (stindgy) 20g of light salad cream and 1 slice of ham = 6pp! Love it!!
Just had cornflakes for brekky and will have a ham salad which is 1pp just for the ham, rest of salad is 0pp!

Have gd days x

I don't work,what a cool job you have! I've always wanted to go to college and learn something,just not brave enough!
