taz theyre AMAZING. 2 of my favourite chocs are peanut butter kitkat chunky *DROOOOOOOOOOOOOL* and peanut butter m&ms!! Havent had a chunky since i started this diet. it's over 200 cals so maybe if i can hit a stone loss i'll have one as a treat and fix up my diet around it lol. the dude who put peanut butter and jam and peanut butter and chocolate together is a HERO! x
 
i indulge on them slowly with a cup of tea. oh man i want one noooow. once i had 2 in a row. it was worth the excess calories lol.
 
yeah i love them too. They are lovely frozen too. I sometimes use them when making peanut butter cookies....LU is a big fan of them. Elle I will let you know...taz...can get an extra pack and you can try them...but they are probably like a million syns...hahaha

date night tonight...going for a curry...hahaha. this should be interesting...hahaha

hahaha...thanks elle....well you know I CAN ALWAYS send them to you rather than you stealing them....I have loads. I love dark choclate and I had some dark choclate m&m's but unfortunately, I managed to not eat them all...and had to throw some away. Which of course is a crime in itself!!!

Date night...well, any excuse huh!! well you have to make time for yourselves too you know...that is why LU goes to his nana's...she get company...he gets time with his nana...we get to go out and have fun and spend time together....and we get to stay up late and get a lay in!! It's perfect. Elle...when you have been married as long as I have you have to remember to keep up the romance...marriage is work...( well sometimes it is) most of the time it is like spending time with your best mate and laughing and joking and chilling!! hahaha

oh my god taz, i just bought a packet of m&m peanut butter too, to tide me over. also bought a peanut butter TWIX!!!! aaaaaaaaaah yay. ok these are going in the fridge and being kept as treats lol.
 
elle, yes, but to be honest as far as cadbury's I only ever really saw the eggs over there. But they may have some more stuff up north. I am from the south and they have different tastes all together.
 
no, didnt buy them. the delivery charge is £4 from the UK. massive fib.
 
well i sure feel sorry for the people then cos i've found that US chocolate is a bit gross lol. but it's ok cos the website i found sells uk food aswell haha.
 
hahaha...yeah US chocolate doesn't have so much milk as over here. I must admit I love European chocolate much better. I love Lilly o'brians and thorntons of course. I am really not too into chocolate though. I am more of a savory person...and i prefer sweets like gummies or maoi chewy type sweets. But then...I do have in the cupboard ( for LU) of course some strawberry shortbread buscuits....hmmmm...would have one but today is not the day...with dinner tonight it will be on some stupid amounts of syns so i need to be good the rest of the week. It won't be bad anyway...I hardly use my syns anyway. Most of what I want are veg and fruit anyway...and I love cheese...so those are my healthy extras....the best if just a bonus.
 
what does syns stand for? i figured what they are but it's still slightly confuzzling. x
 
syns are sort of the naughty fatty bits of the diet you can have...you get up to 15 syns per day. example a packet of crisps may be 5....or a tablespoon of light salad cream is 1.5 syns....and you add them up over the day and up can have up to 15. But I use the body optimise on the internet and I can add easily add my syns up per day as well as mark down my daily food intake...depending on what plan I am on for the day. It works out great. For example yesterday I used 4.5 syns only as the only NON diet stuff I had was some salad cream on my tuna salad. The rest of what I ate example we had chicken kababs ( home made of course) for dinner, which I used hungarian spices mixed with low fat natural yoghurt and that was marinaded for a few hours and then grilled on the BBQ with yellow, red and green peppers, corgettes and carrots. We also had some sweetcorn and french beans too. And for my lunch I had tuna salad, with gerkins, spring onions, salad cream and lettece. Plus in the evening I had two pears. That was one days worth of food, but I made my 5 bits of fruit and veg, and no dairy or other stuffs. that was enough.... The system is great. I feel so much better for all the veg and fruit I eat now. I do eat more eat, but I try to stick to chicken and fish rather than red meat. But I do have some every now and again. Example...venison...it is low in fat and great with veg. LU loves it.
 
but to answer your question---syns= anything that is not a free food, or a healthy A (cheese or dairy- per alloted amount) or a healthy B ( ie alloted amount) of bread,cerals, oils, Beans past rice(on red) or meats ( on green)
 
mornin all, apart from jenn who seems to have left us for pastures new and abz, who's in the bath. looks like you northerners got the weather we had in the midlands yesterday from around 6pm till 11 lol. rain, thunder and lightening. wooo, love thunderstorms :)

ooh, two flies have just flown into the window together. see, even they have found love hahaha.

so weighed this morning, looks like a 3lb gain. but i haven't lost hope since this time last week i weighed 14st 4lbs and i ended up 5lb lighter lol. just got to hope that it's toilet weight for the most part, the rest is purely my own fault for my awful over indulgence on saturday. also i've been finding it difficult this week keeping my portions down! grrrr argh. anyway swimming again tomorrow, we'll see what happens. if i can still be 13st 13lbs on friday i'll be happier than if i gain (well, i suppose this is common sense haha). fingers crossed.
