Good morning my little snufflebumps, how are you all. I am goign to teh gym. I didn't go yesterday so I'm pushing myself today. I only do 5/6 sessions a week, which trust me, for me, is casual,and I want to keep it that way. I need to learn to eat less, not run more. Although I still want to run.

They don't do dramatic losses but maybe a steady approach would help in the long run? I've signed up for 20 weeks of my programme, adn this is the end of week 2. And I feel hungry. But I am getting to grips with portions and protein, so give me another week and we'll see.
