I want to be fitter again
I visit patients in their home. Taking my own milk in doesn't look very professional. Some cultures are worse than others about insisting on feeding you. I have lied in the past and said I am due a blood test and need to be nil by mouth but I can't do that for 4 weeks in a row lol I'll just keep allowing 4 Syns a day for extra milk Thank you everyone for your responses x
