And then just wow at binkys bf.... Get him under control!!!!
And lastly at first binks your cleaning routine, at first I was like Yep, yep me too.... Then I saw bleach the toilet and clean it everyday.... Wow (that's a good idea though) and cleaning taps with toothbrush is good idea, but all the stuff out the cupboards and clean em? Everyday? Now that's mad I could never do that, I maybe do that one once a year haha!
My routine is different every other day I get up with Maisie so less time to do stuff, but the day it's Danny up:
-make bed, put bedspread and spare pillows back on, get dressed...
-go to Maisies room, open her curtains, pick her clothes out for the day, tidy the toys in her bed and fold her comfort blanket, put her sleeping bag either in the wash or hang it up, put her clothes in the wash (Danny leaves them on the chair when he gets up), make sure everything is in place...
-go to the bathroom & fill the wash basket, there is always at least one load a day needs doing, my washer & drier are both constantly on lol!
- then I grab the cup, bottle, my phone & charger and Maisies clothes, chuck em all on the top of the wash basket, take it down
-put washing on, do Maisies breakfast & mine, get her high chair ready
Then through the day it's pots & loads of washing in and out the drier or hanging upstairs, everytime I change Maisies bum I antibac her changing mat and my hands, and I antibac here highchair all down after each meal, and I always use fresh bibs
-when Maisie is in bed, come down, tidy her toys away, make sure everything in living room is in place, including dogs toys and his 'living room bed'
- Danny cooks me tea & washes up after
- stereliser on for bottles, tubs of milk prefilled for Tomo and bottles out all in line, worktops all antibactirialised.

He he okay maybe I am loooool x Okay my daily cleaning routine is to get up and make the bed (even if the bf is in it, which he doesn't like for some reason lol) take the bf's glass and any rubbish off his desk, pick up his yesterday's clothes and put them by the machine, put all products back in the basket on top if the chest of drawers in order, make sure all the drawers are shut and close the wardrobe doors that the bf is incapable of closing, go to bathroom and put the bath mat back over the bath, spray bath and rinse, line up all the bathroom products the bf has knocked over, pull the shower curtain across to dry, clean toilet and bleach, flush and clean, spray and clean the sink. Go to lounge, put all the remotes on the arm of the sofa, straighten cushions and put the feature cushions that the bf moves all the time back in the corners, take any cups out to kitchen, go to work, come home cook dinner, out washing machine on, wash up, bleach counters, make breakfast and lunch for the next day, fold washing from day before away and hang today's load out. Twice a week I change and wash all the towels and bath mat, Hoover through the whole flat, polish everything. Once a week I change the bed and blankets, shake and vac the carpets, pull everything out the cupboards in the kitchen clean and put back, clean the fridge and washing machine and scrub the draining board, use cleaning wipes to clean the kitchen and bathroom floors on my hands and knees and toothbrush clean the taps lol x I love my Henry HooverHow often do you have a mid a week? Are you good at cleaning up after yourself? A lot of my cleaning is picking up after the bf lol X
Oh I iron only Maisies clothes and one of my dresses which gets wrinkly when Danny is watching football usually Wednesday's... Bath mat I wash whenever I do a white load coz its white, so at least once a week... Bedding whenever the washing machine is free (never) or if we have been ill, or it has actual stain or something on, I did it last week... I'm gross!
I scrub the draining board everyday though coz I read sick bug breeds on cold metal surfaces so I'm nervous of that with the amount of pots I do x

The toilet I find is routine, when I have a shower or bath I get out dry, dress and then bleach the toilet, clean my teeth, brush and clean toiket, it ends up being a two minute job and I always like knowing if people are coming around it will be a clean bathroom, I always clean it again once people have visited as well lol x
The cupboards is once a week my lovely and if it is all still clean I don't do it, but two days ago I cleaned down all the cupboards on the outside (as I think how often they are touched when opened closed etc) and the bf decided to open a tin of makeral in tomato that sprayed up one of the top cupboards, it looked like a bloody scene from CSI, so cleaned them all again, I don't see the point in doing just one as it only takes a few minutes x

It is crazy how much there is to do extra with a little one isn't it? You are lucky to have such a good routine whilst still including all your own cleaning
It is probably the moisture as bugs need it to stay alive, cold and heat kills them, by pots do you means saucepans? Because the heat from steam would kill them, if you mean plastic tubs then as long as they go in the fridge and then heated properly the bacteria will once again be killed so you don't need to worry about them x

I think it is truly what suits each of us my lovely, I know if I haven't done it I won't be able to relax, for example I am currently sat on the sofa and am struggling to relax as I need to put my load of washing on and wash up, however if you don't mind it and struggle why worry about it x

Yeah that's great the way you put it
I really have done housework in my life, i'd like to enjoy it again... maybe that can be a fitness goal... I feel like i have to maybe get to 5000 steps as a first goal and once i can do that I might be able to reach the floor again! (i'm not that bad but it's how i feel)
You have a kid or kids? I will need my 10000 steps just to keep me alive long enough to reach 80 with no kids!
It's definitely a way of keeping young what you are doing

My recommendation is to try to do one thing of cleaning you like, so sit and have a think what one thing and aim to do that all week, for example you could wash up all the cups this week or clean the sink each day, you will feel so good when you have managed to do the task for the week and can gradually build it up, don't try to do it all in one go x
I don't have any children but I nanny for two little boys who keep me active

She comes twice a week but I'm not there fri, sat, sun so god knows what she does! In fact I'm only in the house about 30 hours a week!

Hi CD. I do:
3 days at 800ish calories. Usually:
- 150 cal breakfast (scrambled egg white + 1 bacon)
- 120 cal lunch - either protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk or soup and some cottage cheese
- 130 cal fresh vegetable platter (4 of your 5 a day)
- 10 cal diet tango
- 400 cal dinner (usually 60cal M&S salad bowl with creamy chubs dressing, 60cal half a chicken breast, 100 cal avocado, 180 sushi)
1 day at 1200
- same as above but another 400 cals in protein based snacks
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6000 calories across the 3 days on whatever I want. Usually use 1500-2000 for a take away.
I do a lot of exercise though, maybe 6000 calories a week. There's loads of food porn on my thread ;-)
