Morning peeps, I have been up for an hour and wondering how I will manage to eat breakfast before work when I am 8-6 as I am struggling at the thought of food now I am sat having a cup of tea as I have done all my cleaning this morning, I just need to wash up and Hoover later Going to walk through the park to work as it is sunny and light now the clocks have changed Only working 9-12 today so hoping to go for a swim after work, fingers crossed I can do it as I keep trying and failing with exercise, also have my pedometer on again today so going to aim for 10,000 steps today.... Let's do it peeps x x
I seem to be stuck losing and gaining the same lb at the minute which is very annoying, hoping by eating three meals a day I will get in a better food routine Plan today is- B- cup of tea, Greek style coconut yoghurt 1/2syn and GF eat natural cereal (HeB) L- apple snack bag and a tomato cup a soup D- bacon, egg, baked beans and plum tomato Hoping I can stick to it and that I will start seeing losses again

Morning Hun, I always eat my breakfast at work, maybe you will be able to do that or on your morning break. Either that or you will get used to eating earlier, what time do you normally eat when you have the shift where you get up at 5am? Swim sounds good wish I could go for a swim ha! Me too I'm so fed up with it. I'm appalled at my weekend eating. Was really furious with myself this morning. Had enough!!!!!
I know how you feel , I havent lost too much this year but as long as I havent give up it does not matter =) You Binks are doing so well , so dont you give up now =) About breakfast I always prefer to eat one at home, but its because if I dont I go to work and eat everything I can reach Im sure your job is little different =) Do what makes you feel better, time will tell what suits you better - eating before work or on your break =)
When I worked in a nursery I used to keep a few snacks hidden in my work cupboard in the room... things like a cereal bar or cheese thins (hehe) as I remember only getting a lunch break but being so hungry when the children had snack etc x
At this job you only get 45minutes lunch, no other breaks and you are not allowed food in the rooms so I will have to make myself eat before I start at 8am
At the minute when I work I get up at 5am, I have a banana at 6.30am on the way to work and then a bowl of cereal at about 8.30am with the boys then lunch at 12 ish, something at 4pm dinner at 7-9 depending when I finish x
So four days a week I am going to have to get used to eating at 7.30am, 1.30pm and 7.30pm with nothing in between, going to be tough me thinks
To within half an hour those are the times we eat every day - it is ok and you will get used to it. Depending on what time I get up maybe have ryvita early or later in the evening and an apple somewhere in the day. Fill up on salad and protein at lunch time to last the afternoon - plenty of it. Look at the structural damage on my work building!! <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=170485"/> Look at the panels to the right! And several glass roof tiles shattered (huge ones) so pavement closed and canteen closed !!
I could feel the car being pushed by the wind during my driving lesson.... or was that just me swerving everywhere? x
