Hi all,
I really really enjoyed myself over the weekend and I came back inspired and tiny bit emo about life as far as I know it.

I tried to chat to as many as many peeps as I could which was great and I recieved brilliant advice from some and big thank you for the empathy.
I would like to mention all but it would take ages and I may miss some and offend.

Hi folks

Thanks to all for making it a great weekend - was wonderful to meet you all again, and to meet some new faces. Thanks also for making Jim feel so welcome, he really enjoyed it too!

You'd think that these weekends would be motivational dieting weekends wouldn't ya? Well as a result i've put on 8 bleedin' pounds - soooo not amused!! I managed to be very good up until Sat night and then just lost it completely and that continued into Sunday too. Grrrrrr!

Luckily tho i am SICK of food and am glad to be SS;ing again!!!

Looking forward to the next meet! Which for me will be the Liverpool on in July methinks.....
