Bit confused

I started slim and save last week and on day 3/4 gave in and ate rubbish for 2 days.
Started it again last Sunday so weight in tomoro and iv drank 3+ litres of water and stuck to the plan and in ketosis.
Jumped on the scales n iv lost 4lbs :(
I'm gutted I kno weight in's tomorrow but thought I'd have lost lots more :'(
Have I ruined this weeks weight because of last week?

That happens to me if I cheat but being constantly in ketosis will give you a good loss. Dont get disheartened still 2 days till WI. x x

I think that's a very good loss considering you ate " rubbish " for the 2 days !!!
Iv done this before myself and I know you will feel pretty shitty right now for caving at that point but the good thing is your back at it and still

How much down are you from your original starting weight before you went off plan? There's still time to lose a bit anyway before tomorrow. A big loss in the first week doesn't count for anything in the end. Regular decent losses add up very quickly. And most of the first week's loss is water weight as our glycogen stores deplete. You just may not as store as much water as other people tis all.
 
After my whine and a moan I'm now down 6.5lbs! ;)
