ah no not as bad as all that but i don't understand it at all. i cycled everyday the last week, 7 days in a row (120km) and kept a food diary so my daily calorie deficiency was always 500 lower than my bmr but still ended up putting on weight!! only .2kg but i expected to lose a couple of lbs
ah well guess the cycling + eating whatever i want plan is not enough.
just thinking i am on easter holidays so not that active apart from the cycling which might be cause of it. time to get active
