First week weigh in and I lost 5lbs which isn't bad but when I checked my keto stick and I wasn't in ketosis was on a course today do I thought sod it and had a normal breakfast and a sarnie. Regretting it now but I'm going strict on shakes tomorrow ( been having chicken and meat all this week so I think it's had an effect on my loss) do you think if I get back on it tomorrow and I'm strict all week that I will get that big loss that you usually get in the first week? So desperate to be skinny by Christmas x
