Bloated..

Hi just wondering if it's normal or if anyone else has felt bloated when they first started lipotrim?

I am on day 3 now and feel really huge my stomach feels really hard and just generally bloated. Not been on the toilet since Wednesday though so thinking that might have something to do with it, might have to get some of tht fiberclear stuff! Just when I'm usually on a diet the first thing that seems to happen is my stomach doesn't feel as big!

Are you drinking enough water hun? Usually only happens to me when I haven't drunk enough or sometimes if I drink too much I feel a bit like a starfish.

Hiya, yes about 3 litres a day.. Gonna go pharmacy Monday an get this fiberclear stuff, hopefully that should sort me out. I know what u mean about the starfish though lol I'm usually like that after a night out of drinking!x

Aww hope the fibreclear works, ha ha at least no starfish moments until after you are skinny and you can go back to drinking on nights out! Good Luck

Hiya. I just wondered if the fibreclear stuff worked for you. I have just started LT today but as I have a tendency to feel bloated anyway I think the same could happen to me so if the fibreclear is good that might be a useful thing for me to bear in mind.

Hiya I couldn't get fiberclear at chemist
Near me so the pharmacist said its ok to have fybogel instead, the natural not flavoured, I have started taking it on Monday and went Tuesday (but that was also after a senekot max) been having 2 sachets a day since and not been toilet again since.. I feel really really bloated still and only lost 6lb today on my first weigh in! Been drinking a load of water so I know it's nothing to do with that, gonna continue with fybogel n if that doesn't help the pharmacist said I might have to come off the diet coz its not good for the body to go that long without opening bowels! x

Dulcolux is the way forward if you can stand the stomach cramps. It will clear it though

Oo I forgot about dulcolax I took that when I was pregnant an it helped so will get some tomoro ta! X
