Ooh can't ever see myself being slinky. Am currently trying to work my sodding cycle out, can't remember when I'm due on, just reading back in my diary & it doesn't give dates just says 4 weeks ago, I think I'm due this weekend/early next week....
 
I use an app on the phone.. Period tracker was free :)
 
Mine gets marked on the calendar as *BLOB* lol
 
Feeling bloated as hell, wish totm would appear & to top it off found out at physio today I have osteo-arthritis in my right wrist joint..... He hopes he may be able to help me & treat that while he's treating my other problems.... I suppose one positive is though he's said no ironing while he's treating me, or bathroom cleaning, or washing cups & glasses..... I know I say this a lot but really don't think I'm gonna see a loss tomorrow but I know it'll show eventually.... Slowly slowly catchy monkey.....
 
Well it was 1lb which is better than nothing hey.... Of course I was disappointed though after a lot more exercise this week than I'm used to.. Hopefully totm will appear shortly & with more exercise this week I'll go for it. Gonna talk to my physio & see if he thinks my arm would cope with a kettle bell class...
 
How funny I finished that post went to the loo about 2 minutes later & there we go (sorry if tmi) no more PMT or panicking lol
 
Feeling ***** this morning, horrible stomach cramps but I'm still planning on attempting my first run.... It's cold out so gonna wrap up. Reckon I'll go about 1030, just psyching myself up now
 
You can do it Lexie... You will feel great afterwards... I will be doing 30day shred at 1130... Although my poor abs and thighs are crying at the thought :)
 
Yep I went, was meant to run 1 minute walk 1.5 minutes 8 times but only managed to run for 30 seconds on 2/4/6/8 so I was 2 minutes short but I'm still proud of my achievement.... Bad news is that I have blisters on my heels & tops of my legs feel it already so tomorrow is gonna hurt!!!
 
I really hurt after my first run which actually surprised me as I love spinning however had nothing for subsequent runs so don't let it put you off!

I'm trying w2d1 today and I honestly cannot see myself achieving it not on this planet anyway!

Well done for starting I do feel awesome after! X

Grab some arnica cream and rub it in your legs! Works wonders after a really hot shower/bath

Blisters you need some proper blister tape!

I think I will do every week twice, if in 18 weeks time I can run 5k I will be happy!
