I have been that's the frustrating bit. Think I'm gonna have to do some research on recommended cal allowance on low carb diets. And I know I've still got my 11 but only by the skin of my teeth x
 
Oh dear pistachios! Now I remember why I don't buy them cos I can't be trusted with them :( ate about 75g taking me over & in to my exercise cals but nothing I can do about it now. Have made hubby eat the rest, he didn't complain lol

Well been fed up today... Cals higher than I wanted but immense burn today walked about 7 miles & been to Zumba :) so now I just have to hope the scales show a loss by the end of the week..... Else I assure you no matter where you are in the country you'll hear the tantrum ;)
 
Well I'm a bit happier this morning as scales are down to 11:13:0 so 0.8lb down from official weigh in, am just hoping it moves down a bit more by Friday. I'd really like to see 11:10 by a week on Friday as I have a night out & really want to wear something I know looked good at that weight before Christmas
 
I binged!!! And a massive horrendous carb fuelled one. Scales up 2lb making me 12:1 & I feel awful. Bloated, upset stomach & generally bleurgh!!! Had a bad day at work & turned to food :(

Official weigh in tomorrow is now possibly going to be a gain but I deserve it, just need to get my 11 back

Let it go.. Today is another day.. :) be kind to yourself! Remember how you feel from eating all those carbs and next time think "how" you will feel next time your tempted..

Find a different way to deal with a "bad day at work" cook up a big steak and use your fork to stab it and cut it with a big sharp knife.. Or I've done this in the past throw apples at a door/ concrete wall ( just put news paper down 1st! For the mess ) or talk it to death with someone .. Even if you need to tie them up and duct tape them so they will be there for u ;).

I'm back on the mod carbs from today too :)

I think it's this time of year! It's just sinking in with us that Christmas is over, it's cold, it's wet, it's dark, and (if you're anything like me) work is very busy and stressful, lol. No wonder we're looking to edible goodies to cheer us up!! But, of course, it doesn't work for more than a few minutes - we end up feeling ill and even more fed up. I'm sitting here with a big Christmas stocking crammed full of chocolate by the side of the sofa, really wanting to scoff the lot - going to try to restrict it to one Galaxy Ripple with my coffee later, so wish me luck!

Onwards, girls, we can do it!! :) xx
