Had a little tumble Friday to Sunday inc & then was poorly with a bug yesterday so don't expect the scales to do anything lower this week. Haven't been to the gym either since last Thursday. Need to get back on it
I'm never going to see that 12 again, famous last words from the wagon driver who didn't just take a tumble she was clearly run down by her own vehicle!!!!! It's not too horrendous but this morning I was 12:2:4 which is slightly down from where it went up to but I am back on the low carb wagon to get me back comfortably in to the 11s. All this sodding self sabotage hey!!!

Low carb pancakes 1 T arrowroot powder 4 eggs 4T water 1T oil Vanilla Mix water and arrowroot powder, mix in eggs and oil and vanilla Cook with a med heat and just a bit of oil in pan Pancake day tomorrow
