300g new pots roasted with frylight, 2 chicken & bacon crispy pancakes, cabbage, sprouts & carrots.
Feeling better today re food, think I am just being silly cos have to accept weight loss is not gonna be as good as it has been up to now. Since I started trying to be good about 3 months ago I weigh 12.5lb less than I did & my clothes are looser. Xen is there to keep me on the straight & narrow not some miracle speed loss pill. If I can lose 1.3lb at least this week that will be half stone in 2 weeks & I'll be happy!
